“Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. ”

“The property is objectively beautiful. Well designed and tidy. Our room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately our room had issues with hot water - couldn’t take a shower for longer than 8 mins or so without it going cold. Happened three different times at three different times of the day. Housekeeping also entirely skipped our room one day which was a bit of a disappointment after coming back from a long day of walking and looking forward to crawling into a comfy, clean bed.
