“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

However, it is far from being 'Elite' as it's name implies, with poor staff support who don't appear to live on site and glaring evidence of a lack of maintenance and thorough cleaning.
