Brand-new and completely renovated: Following extensive renovations, our vacation rental is kicking off its first new season full of freshness and charm. The historic Arnisser House underwent a thorough energy-efficient renovation with great care, during which the old, load-bearing beams were exposed and transformed into a defining stylistic feature of the apartment. Thanks to its sustainable construction and 100% renewable energy supply, the apartment offers a thoroughly eco-friendly and comfortable living experience. Lovingly furnished with Scandinavian furniture and maritime accents, the vacation rental captivates with its open, spacious layout and a breathtaking view of the Schlei. A special highlight is the balcony, which, with its view across the long garden directly to the water and the adjacent harbor, invites you to linger and enjoy the scenery. Additional highlights of the apartment include its location and the spacious garden. The garden extends all the way to the water and features expansive lawns with several seating areas—one of which is right on the water’s edge. Here, you can enjoy the view of the Schlei and the passing boats in complete tranquility. Due to the historic building structure, there are only a few private parking spaces available on the properties in Arnis. However, you are welcome to park on the property briefly upon arrival and departure or to unload groceries. Otherwise, please use the parking lot at the town entrance, which is within easy walking distance and available 24 hours a day. You can also conveniently pay for parking via the “EasyPark” app. Unfortunately, we cannot provide bed linens, hand towels, or dish towels, so you’ll need to bring your own.
