Welcome to Beachy Keen at Bridges Bay Resort! This 3-bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 10, with East Lake Views from patio. Your home away from home offers full size kitchen appliances, dish soap, 2 paper towels, 4 dishwashing detergent pods, 5 garbage bags, small appliances such as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker (coffee not furnished) and one cup Keurig (pods not furnished) are available for your use.

Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished. Breakfast bar with 4 stools on the kitchen island and the dining table seats four. This is a main level condo, so you are steps from the outdoor pool, you have plenty of room for yard games and to let the kids run around. Spacious private deck with an outdoor table that seat six and a gas grill.

Living room offers lots of light from the high windows, leather furniture, gas fireplace, wireless internet and is open to the kitchen and dining areas. Master bedroom offers a king size bed with full on suite with separate shower, dual vanity and walk in closet, hand soap, toilet paper and an assortment of towels are furnished for your stay.

A washer and dryer with detergent are furnished. All 3 bedrooms are on one level, (2) bunk beds Two Full Size and two twins, Bedroom (3) Queen. With your booking you secure six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed.

Just into town you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay.

Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort with a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. .

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
