On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. The decor is bright, functional, and modern; it is designed to invite guests to relax amidst the sea and the forest.
It also includes a parking space (included in the price) and everything you need for your stay: bedding, towels, dish towels, kitchenware, and cooking utensils...It can accommodate up to 5 people in its two double bedrooms and a 1.20-meter sofa bed in the living room.

Additionally, there is a swimming pool for adults and a children’s pool (open from June 15 to September 15), tennis courts, and a communal children’s skating rink.

At Playa de la Arena, there is one restaurant at the Campomar Hotel that is highly recommended by Apartamentos Cantabria: a beach bar that serves meals (set meals, roasted chicken, paella..., another great restaurant on the beach peninsula (La Isla del Tesoro), and a campground with a supermarket open to the public.... Everything else is beach, river, forest, and nature in abundance. The historic center of Isla is 1 km away, and Isla’s other beaches (Playa del Sable, Los Barcos, and Arnadal) are 3 km away, where you can find all kinds of tourist services and numerous restaurants.
During the summer season, Isla offers visitors an endless array of activities: fishing, kayak fishing, canoe rentals, bike rentals, beach entertainment, hiking trails, quark rentals, surfing, canoeing, guided walking tours of the historic center, and more.
