The apartment is located on the upper floor of a brick house; the first floor houses the owner’s residence, and the second floor contains another unoccupied unit. In front of the house, you’ll enjoy a magnificent 2,000 m² shared flower garden where you can stroll and park your vehicles safely (a garage is available for your bicycles, motorcycles, and fishing rods). Arques-la-Bataille offers all the shops and services you need and is just 5 minutes from Dieppe (a town renowned for its old castle, cliffs, and beach lawns, which regularly host events). For hiking enthusiasts and sports lovers, you can take beautiful walks through the heart of the Arques Forest or head to the Avenue Verte (London to Paris without a car). The bison and wolf park in Muchedent, the remarkable gardens, and the beaches are all nearby excursion spots. A fishing pond is located 500 m from the cottage. The cottage has a separate entrance with a coat closet, games, books, and a laundry area: washing machine and clothesline. On the 1st floor: - living area comprising: - living room with a 2-seater sofa and TV - well-equipped kitchen area (4-burner induction stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven, small appliances) - bathroom with toilet, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm), adjoining - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) (you must walk through the first bedroom to access the second).
