Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). “Efficient check-in process, large clean rooms. Extensive breakfast. All at a very reasonable price. For longer stays more atmosphere would be desirable”

“A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant. Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered.”

“This is old hotel build in fifties. 75 dlls per night is a good deal. Located at the bottom of ski areas, right beside ski lift. Incredibly helpful personal of three Ucranian ladies, managing also the restaurant. Food is excellent...I give this hotel 4 stars, just because the building is fairly old.”
