Cottage storia casa

Idealmente situato in una zona verde e tranquilla della città, siamo a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro città dal passaggio sotterraneo dalla stazione, a meno di 5 minuti dalle famose piazze e vicino a negozi (panetteria, macelleria, negozio di alimentari, ipermercato, farmacia, ristoranti, centro benessere, teatro, cinema, ecc.).
Se lo desideri, puoi fare tutto a piedi. Sei vicino ad eventi culturali, centri turistici e Arras Golf. Sei anche a 15 km dalla lente del Louvre e 1 ora dalla Costa d'Opale.
La casa di 140 m2 con una capacità da 2 a 8 persone, classificata 4 * è composta da:
- Al piano terra: un ampio soggiorno, una sala da pranzo, una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, frigorifero e freezer, piano cottura a 4 fuochi, macchina per il caffè, grill -pane, bollitore elettrico ..., biancheria (lavatrice, tavolo + ferro da stiro).

- Al 1 ° piano: 2 camere da letto per 2 persone con bagno privato (doccia, lavandino, WC) in ogni camera. Ogni camera ha un letto di 1,60 x 2 m con rete a doghe e materasso comfort (tutte le lenzuola sono nuove), TV a schermo piatto, armadio e mobile contenitore. Tutte le camere sono dotate di persiane.
I bagni sono dotati di docce in vetro 90 x 90, miscelatore termostatico, lavandino con miscelatore posizionato su un mobile contenitore a 2 cassetti, un radiatore scaldasalviette, un WC sospeso.

- Al 2 ° piano: 1 camera da letto per 2 a 4 persone, tra cui:
o 1 camera singola per 2 persone con un letto da 1,60 mx 2 m con rete a doghe e materasso comfort (nuovi letti),
o 1 soggiorno con divano letto (dormire 2 persone in 1,40 mx 1,90 m), armadio e mobile contenitore.
o Un bagno con doccia in vetro 90 x 90, miscelatore termostatico, lavandino con miscelatore posizionato su un mobile contenitore a 2 cassetti, un radiatore scaldasalviette, un WC.

- Un grande giardino molto verde con ampia terrazza arredata, parcheggio privato.

- Un deposito sarà richiesto al vostro arrivo e restituito alla fine del soggiorno

So easy to get to the Place des Heroes and the self guided walk through the city, a short walk to a big grocery store, fuel station and pharmacy, and simple to drive out of the city to access the sights. So close to the train station. Your hosts are near but allow you to have your holiday. We loved having our own suites (each bedroom had its own bathroom). Perfect for adults as well as families who need their children to go outside and run around a bit. The garden is perfect for that. Finally, a well stocked kitchen allows for eating at home with ease.

We had a wonderful Christmas break in this lovely house. Really well equipped and a great location less than 10 minutes stroll to Arras' beautiful squares. Gerald and Valerie were great hosts - very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this property.

A very nice well equipped property. Hosts were very friendly and check in was well organised. Only negative was that the oven wasn’t working and though the hosts came round promptly to try and fix it there was clearly a fault with the oven . Despite this minor issue everything else about our stay was excellent . Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our group of three couples, with good sized rooms, plenty of communal space and a nice garden. It is nicely furnished and in a great location, just round the corner from the station and a few minutes walk from the town centre. Gerald was also a very helpful host.

A fabulous base for exploring this historical area of France. 10 minutes walk from the town centre and excellent hosts who responded immediately to any questions we asked. All three bedrooms had en-suite facilities and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. A wonderful experience.

Visits to WW1 Museums and monuments around Arras and Ypres...Heros Square for evening drinks and dining... Personal note..Visit to ecoivers ..Mont St Eloi Cemetery to lay wreath on wifes Great,great grandfather's grave.Excellent location...would recommend to anyone staying in Arras...10/10

Our group of 5 adults was very well accommodated here. The property itself, facilities available, and location were all excellent. Hosts Gerald and Valerie were friendly and helpful whenever needed. Arras is an excellent base to explore the region, and has its own charms. When visiting again, would certainly stay here once more.

Très bon séjour avec des extérieurs bien entretenus qui nous ont permis de profiter du beau temps. Bémol un wc au rez-de-chaussée hors d usage qui n avait pu être remis en service avant notre arrivée et qui renvoyait à l l'étage.

We had such a lovely stay at this property albeit cut short due to quarantine rule. The house is big and spacious and clean and everything was working. The host even sorted us out with a fan becasue it was too hot to sleep. The location is perfect as its 2 mins walk from main train station and easy drive away to Lille and Somme. We would stay here again if we go over. Highly recommend this place and Gerald and his family are a wonderful host x

We had a great weekend in this lovely holiday house within easy walking distance of the city centre. The house is really charming, spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which is an added bonus. Easy check in and secure parking on site. Our hosts were very welcoming and discreet. Recommend.
