We were moved to another room which was much smaller but noticeably cleaner and renovated to look a little bit more presentable. “They only do housekeeping on certain days. The paper in the room says to ask if you need on other days which I did but I was told it’s not possible. Asked for clean towels but never got them. The text option is nice. Good breakfast options, though could use more non carbohydrate options. Pool was great for the kids. Comfy beds. TV could use an update- haven’t had to watch tv listing channel for many years….”

“The management hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The kitchenette equipment was missing some basic items , due to guests taking things , ( !? ) , but the management quickly provided some items needed. The suites are large and comfortably furnished, and the beds are too. The Lodge is very quiet and peaceful, and located very conveniently, walking distance to downtown and the Cowichan River ,and very near to the Highway 18 , to access driving Youbou or to Duncan and other...

“Unique boutique hotel , a couple blocks from the harbour walkway. Recently renovated with king bed , large screen tv, All good Flip side / communications for check in was a horror show. My anti virus program had me avoid the supplied link: with another couple waiting for desk agent to show up The patio was not clean. However the agent Daniel was helpful in getting everyone settled”
