“This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings...

“A well-maintained hotel with very comfortable beds. We were really hoping to get a room with an ocean view, but unfortunately, none were available. We hope to enjoy the view next time.”

“The staff for this large and busy Inn and restaurant were without exception, wonderful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room seemed to be newly upgraded and was very comfortable. Only suggestion for other travellers was to note that the coffee maker is for espresso only, and there were no options for tea--but we could have had a kettle sent up!

“It was a really nice stay in the beach club resort hotel. We have been to this city many times, but it was our first time staying in this hotel, It is the best hotel so far. Kids friendly , family friendly and the location is so convient. We will definitly come back again. ”

“Friendly and very efficient staff. We didn't wait at all for checkin and checkout. Anytime we asked for something from the front desk it would be delivered to our room within 10 minutes.
The rooms were clean and well stocked, the the property itself was beautiful and had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tub, playground, and direct beach access. We had a wonderful time here! ”
