The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with...

“Visited this property as a family. For the hype it had on the internet,room charges and pictures were disappointing. Stayed in many places in Munnar, Coorg , wayanad and like but cost doesn't match the quality of the room and amenities. Staffs were too good. Be it on restaurant , housekeeping or engineering guys (had issue with bath tub ) they were too good. They made our stay better. Food was good.
On the whole for stay I won't recommend”
