I've prepaid my room for 1 night, aware of a surcharge of approximately 53 euro as a resort fee, and I was charged 113 euro in fact. They haven't sent me any invoice via email, even after my requests. Now, they reply with automated messages to all my messages, no way to chat with a human. A real shame

"Gerçekten çok güzel zaman geçirdik. Doğa ile iç içe Şavşat Karagöle çok yakın Tam bir aile işletmesi. Herkes çok ilgili. Fix bir akşam yemeği yok .sizin isteginize göre hazırlıyorlar. "It was such an amazing experience! The hotel’s location is perfect—almost midway between Bolu city center and Mudurnu, and only about 15–20 minutes from Lake Abant.
