The AC worked perfectly, the TV offered a great variety of channels, and the location could not be better — right in the heart of downtown Mayagüez, close to everything. “Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist.”

“Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Appreciated the personalized welcome note in the room with beach towels, beach bag and beach chairs to use as we please. There was a small issue with our shower in our room where the handle fell off the first time I used it! Notified the front desk and they sent someone up right away to repair it. After that we still never really got very warm water to shower with. Location is great, steps from the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. ...

“If you are looking to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches, this is the perfect place to stay. The beach is literally less than a minute walk away! The room is basic but comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I especially loved the bar and restaurant, plus the jet ski rentals downstairs made the experience even more fun. Definitely a place I would visit again!”
