“You can tell at some point someone put money into this place to renovate it but it doesn’t mean much if it’s not maintained. I’m not a big complainer but I feel like cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I had some kind of food sauce (Chinese maybe) all over my desk on arrival. When checking for bed bugs I could see what I’m hoping was food stains all over the mattress cover and there were very small dead bugs in the shower, some kind of Beatles or other small nuisance bugs, none appeared to...

“I asked for two rooms together so I could keep an eye on four grandsons, and the desk staff arranged it. My room was quiet at night. The breakfast room was spotless and the food was good. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor pool which was tidy and clean and towels were available at poolside. My bathroom needed remodeling but that was easy to overlook given how good everything else was. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”
