“Back door does not have wheelchair accessible the room when checked, the room had a horrendous smell and the doors are not wheelchair accessible “press the button type of door for easy access” front desk even though visible would not help as the doors were heavy to stay open. The lobby ceiling was dripping and they constantly were mopping it, other than that the carpet cleaners had the hose blocking the door”

“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . “The room was very nice and clean with extra pillows and blankets. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and service for breakfast with exemplary. I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working order and that we are not compensated in anyway for that inconvenience. I paid extra for a hotel that had a pool in a hot tub in the pool was cold in the hot tub was not working order. ”
