“Had I known that the room and where we needed to register were in two separate locations (10 minute walk in the rain) I would not have booked this place. Parking was said to be easily accessible on the street was not true at the time. Other than that, the room was acceptable.”

“My wife and I enjoyed a riverside room. In addition to a relaxing view, it was incredibly quiet. When we stayed - end of May 2026 - there was a bit of a heat wave. The lack of air conditioning reared its ugly head. Ice, for cold drinks, could be had by taking glasses down to the bar but there were no ice machines on any of the floors. Aside from these two rather minor complaints, everything was clean and in good repair. The staff were all lovely.”
