“The staff at Planet Hollywood are fantastic. Very inviting, friendly, accommodating, and truly display the idea of 'Pura Vida'.
The food was delicious, the drinks were great and the entertainment staff did a phenomenal job.
This wasy second time at this location and I'm positive there will be a third sometime soon.”

“The hotel, territory, and the room was simply fantastic. The beach is well kept and amazing. The restaurants on site offered very tasty healthy quality food. Staff was superbly attentive and each time we came to eat remembered our names. Very personal service and complimentary beers in the room every day. Would definetly go again!”

“Absolutely adored this place! Wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are gorgeous! Comfy beds. All details so well thought of from extra towels, guide to things in the area, games, cooler bags to wine cups for the beach. The place was so clean and smelled like fresh linen. The outdoor space was perfect to unwind. Very quiet and tranquil. Sebastian was great to correspond with. Did I say I loved it already? I already wanna go back.”

“We stayed at this resort by chance for one night due to starting our vacation early because of winter weather in the states. I prefer more authentic Costa Rican hotels/resorts vs a chain hotel close to the airport. While the taxi ride was more expensive, I felt it was worth it. It seemed secluded, was quiet, the rooms were extremely clean, there were thermal pools as well as a nice pool area and the included breakfast was definitely a plus! The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced! ...
