It was in basically a residential neighborhood which made it quiet. * About 2 blocks from 101, could not hear traffic * Great little neighborhood store about half a block away * A few blocks from the bustling State Street * Interesting twist: No office nor "front desk"; all was done via texting (i.e., needed shower mat and new towels - they arrived immediately). * No kitchen per se, but had microwave, frig, sink and Keurig coffee machine *...

“Lovely property. I stayed in a king studio and it was huge. Great kitchen space as well and full bathroom and super comfortable bed. I also loved that they had real coffee and creamer in room and no kurig. I will be back.”

“Very nice stay for my wife and I's 1st wedding anniversary! A window came off in the kitchen when we tried to lower it and the floor under the bathtub creaked a lot while taking a shower. Wasn't good for the couple below us. Otherwise it was a great bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great and the coffeecake in the afternoon was a real bonus. Overall a very good stay.”

The rooms are incredibly clean, and our room's balcony provided the perfect additional space for outdoor relaxation. The staff is wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Best of all, it is highly pet-friendly—our dog absolutely enjoyed the stay! It is a great spot to come and enjoy Southern California. Will stay here again!”

Condizionatore per caldo /freddo inutilizzabile perché troppo rumoroso, impossibile dormire . Colazione gratuita , molto basica : muffin , pane da tostare con nutella e marmellata , yogurt , uova sode e caffè / the / succhi . ”
