“Great location for a short stay in Santa Barbara!”

“Service was excellent. When we arrived, we were greeted and shown around the property, assisted with the luggage and showed us to our room. For breakfast, we arrived a little early, but the waiter and kitchen staff accommodated us as we needed to head up the coast to the Monterey area. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast outside on the veranda. We would have loved to stay longer, but time did not allow.”

“Parking is fine. Staff is friendly. I think the only thing to take note is that it does not have a lobby. You pretty much communicate through texting / calling. Other than that, it was perfect. ”

“Such a great B and B! We had the Balcony Room, which is on the second floor of the main 1890s house. The room is smallish, and the bathroom is very small, but it doesn't matter! Very cute and cozy, didn't mind the size. Having a fridge in the hallway just steps from the room was a plus. Delightful gourmet breakfast and array of cakes and cookies at tea time. Very nice staff too.”

“A lovely new and clean space. It had all the amenities you would need plus more. Full kitchen with just enough dishes for a small family. There are 6 units connected in an apartment style building so expect some noise from your neighbors, it's not 100% sound proof. Parking is tight, space for 1 medium size vehicle. Leave the truck at home, it will not fit. Overall an excellent stay that is a few short blocks from the sand.”

“Very beautifull near the beach, very good service of bicicle. Breackfast continental is enough.”

“No drinking water in the room. Drawers keep need to be repaired or replaced.”

“Parking was easy. State Street is a barren mess. Expensive smart watch went missing even though the watch tracker showed it in the staff office long after checkout. If a guest's property is not safe in the hotel there is little reason to stay there.”

“Struttura tipo motel , parcheggio comodo in struttura . Camere piccole ma abbastanza curate , infissi vecchi ma quella sera c’era abbastanza silenzio . Condizionatore per caldo /freddo inutilizzabile perché troppo rumoroso, impossibile dormire . Colazione gratuita , molto basica : muffin , pane da tostare con nutella e marmellata , yogurt , uova sode e caffè / the / succhi . ”
