“Pool filter was not working the entire time we were there and it was filled with debris and dead bugs. I feel management knew because the last man who came out to service (we messaged every day) admitted to us that is was not working on purpose because the skimmers were leaking and needed to be repaired. There were two homes on either side of this house that were under construction from 7:00 am until at least 3:00 pm every day. You could not even sit on the patio the noise was so intolerable....

“We traveled with 13 of our family, five under six years old. There was ample space for everyone, each of our grown children had room for their family members. We enjoyed the pool, outside living room and dinning area. We cooked a number of meals on the grill, while the kids enjoyed the pool. The well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The laundry was a lifesaver traveling with five grandchildren. We all had our own rental cars(4) and there was ample room on the street...

“Pool was great. Either the lights in the pool don’t work or we were unable to find the switch. The grill only had one burner that worked so we were unable to use it. Wish we brought floats BUT loved the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels that were provided! Had a few questions and when called, someone always answered, provided the info needed or get back to us timely. Great customer service! ”
