“Everything was perfect! Cleanness, staff, breakfast.”

“Good hotel in central position. But the quartier is not so beautiful. One room cleaning staff had left into our room a dead cockroach (while we had breakfast), because the day before we didn't left her a tip for taking us to our room. Finally, the receptionist called us a taxi (to Arusha airport: 10 minutes drive) and agreed with the taxi driver a fare 4 times higher than the standard fare: not correct behavior!”

“The place is what you pay for I guess. You'd think £60 would go farther in Tanzania but apparently not, Arusha is expensive. Basically, rooms are like prison cells, bathrooms terrible, and it took a few tries to find a room with working aircon. Staff were friendly enough if a little inefficient. What is with having to ask for toilet paper all the time - just have some in the room, its a basic necessity!!!”

“We stayed at Joshmal Hotel for one night, and had a good experience. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. We were leaving pretty early the following morning, so they arranged for breakfast to start a little earlier than usual, so we got to eat before we left.”
