“It was a good stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and exercise room. The rooms were good and clean. And parking very easy. We were close to the mall and I like that. The breakfast was ok. The waffle machine was not there even though they show it online. They said it was broken. They should had more then one because I know it can happen. That’s why we pick this hotel because my daughter loves waffles. And they would run out of stuff and say there was no more. And we came way before breakfast was over....

“The toilet wasn’t working when we checked in. We’re told there were no other rooms available. They finally sent someone to fix it. No bath towels in the room, called and was told someone would bring them to the room. had to go to front desk to get them. Asked to take paper plates and plastic ware back to room as the suite had no eating utensils. Was initially told no, after employee got manager was told ok. We did not take any. Bought our own paper plates and plastic ware.

“When other hotels are offering free parking and free breakfasts, it's hard to get used to the policy where you have to pay for both. It would be FAR less irritating if they would just put those charges into the room rate so they aren't sticking it in your face. Of course, if they did that their room rates would be even higher than what they are.
The room was comparable to other hotels in the area but with more road noise than I like to hear.
I will not be back.”

“Stanza molto rumorosa e con tv non funzionante. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto di no e che avrei dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo. La domenica il frigo ha smesso di funzionare e ho dovuto buttare via tutto il cibo che avevo. Non mi è stato proposto un refound”

“I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay.
The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options...
