“I had to call FIVE times to finally speak with someone. On my 5th call, the reservation person had to put me on hold for 8 minutes because no one from the front desk was answering their call either. We arrived and the front door was locked so you have to use your room key or press the call button. Pressed the call button several times, no answer. Stood in the door entrance for a while before someone came in with their room key. Got to the front desk, no one was there.
Bed was VERY comfortable....

“No hot water.... not even room temperature. And no one came to clean my room while I was there. And you can hear other people in other rooms as if they were having loud conversations right outside my door. When I went to look in the hallway nobody was in the hallway so clearly the walls were super thin. And then someone was was playing music literally all hours through the night. Like pass 330am. Yeah I would never book here ever again. Oh and dont advertise free wifi and if the wifi dont work...
