Vacanze Arundel

Hotel molto curato in una zona molto tranquilla a Kennebunkport. La nostra stanza, un po’ piccola, era molto curata e aveva a disposizione un bellissimo porch. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi locali

I arrived earlier than check-in and called to ask if we could leave our bags at the Inn before check-in so that we could walk around the town. The staff member who answered the phone scoffed and repeated the check-in time to me. There was no visible staff at the Inn--they are based at the sister institution across the road. Likewise, breakfast was at that Inn diagonally across the road which does not sound like much of an inconvenience but the fact it was raining made it a mild negative (umbrellas were available). Some people may appreciate the breakfast but we found the square onion "quiche-like" warm offering undersalted and unappetizing. We were in the "Luxury Room" which was excellent but perhaps a bit overpriced.

We had such a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & kind. As soon as we walked in, they gave us a map of Kennebunkport, asked what we had planned for our trip & took the time to show us different places around town / things we might enjoy. Everything was exceptionally clean, cozy & beautifully decorated. The whole property has such a warm & inviting atmosphere, and the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet while still being within walking distance of so much. Parking was also easy - right on the property. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast every morning from 8–10 am. They put out a wonderful full spread each day, which made our mornings feel extra special. The hospitality really stood out to us. Anytime we needed anything, someone was there right away & always so kind and helpful. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout our entire stay. It was such a lovely place to spend our honeymoon & it made our time in Kennebunkport even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! :)

Picturesque setting and staff were superb.
