“L' hotel è un bel complesso ben tenuto con un ampio giardino e piscina. La struttura è in ottime condizioni e considerando che si trova in africa è un ottimo 5 stelle molto pulito. Le camere sono ampie e ben arredate con tutti i vonfort di un 5 stelle. Buona anche la scelta dei ristoranti con uno a buffet con un discreta varietà di cibo sufficientemente commestibile.”

“Per essere un albergo a prezzo molto accessibile in Tanzania non ci si può lamentare... molto pulito, e silenzioso. Mancava il phon nella stanza, ma me lo hanno procurato in sole 4 ore :-) Il ristorante interno è ok con porzioni abbondanti, colazione a buffet. Caffe orribile!”

“Poor communication on actual booking. Did not reply on WhatsApp after they communicated. Room wasn’t prepared for 4 people and later tried to charge another room stating they didn’t understand 12:15 midnight”

“As part of our honeymoon, we spent one night at the hotel. The staff had prepared a lovely romantic decoration in our room, which was a wonderful surprise. Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate. “This place is so beautiful, we felt a little bit like in the middle of the jungle thanks to all the trees around. The rooms are also really nice. The staff was helpful, the dinner at the restaurant was good... The only little problem we got is the wifi wasn't working from the rooms, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We loved Kizumba house”
