Bellissima casa
Casa e luogo incantevoli! Le viste e i tramonti sono semplicemente incredibili. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa casa. Alberto è stato di grande aiuto, fornendoci preziose raccomandazioni sui luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Beautiful house in the heartland of the Costa Smeralda
We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage area - not visible - where a forklift truck drove during the day and beeped very annoyingly when reversing. We would book again at any time!

Amazing time in Sardegna
We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. It happens rarely that the description of an object fits 100 % with the reality. Here it was the case! Everything was perfect including the were nice and helpful people maintaining the house. Alberto, the responsible on side, was extremely well organized and supported us whenever it was needed. We can absolutely recommend this house! Go and enjoy!

We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination.

Wonderful place
We (a big family group from grandparents to small children) greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful - the view of the mountains from the big, open- air dining table is stunning and we witnessed many magical sunsets from the terrace. We loved the pool and the privacy of the space, while being close to the pretty town of San Pantaleo and many beaches. Alberto, the caretaker (same name as the owner), is super responsive and helpful. One word of caution: our rental encompassed the entire compound. It appears the owners are planning some changes and may, in future, rent the main level and the lower level separately. This would affect the privacy of the space and may be something to be aware of.

un très bon séjour
Villa très agréable, bien équipée. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bains/wc ce qui est très appréciable. Les deux chambres au sous-sol sont quand même beaucoup moins agréables que les 4 autres au rdc. Piscine très bien entretenue comme le reste de la maison.

Tolles Haus mit grossen Pool, viel Platz für 3 Familien mit Kindern, jeder Zimmer mit eigenen Bad ausgestattet,großzügig auch gemeinsame Fläche mit Gäste Bad. Terrasse mit tollen Blick und voll ausgestattete Küche auch Waschmaschine vorhanden. Nach eine Woche Voll reinigung... das den Namen wirklich verdient....Dankeschön für Gründlichkeit.. super Job Gute Rat...unbedingt Mittel gegen Moskitos mitnehmen. Danke Alberto für Erreichbarkeit und gute Zusammenarbeit

Great holiday
A great villa for a family celebration. We had a wonderful holiday. Well equipped with everything we needed including a totally cute kitten! Unfortunately a couple of the air conditioning units weren’t working. Cooling off in the excellent pool was definitely more fun as the weather was very hot but air conditioning overnight made sleeping more comfortable. Alberto was helpful and welcoming but we didn’t see him all week as there were no problems. We would certainly come again if we need a large family villa.

Sardinia paradise turned problematic with little resolution
On arrival the home clearly had not had been checked or opened for guests. We were told a strict 4pm check in and you would expect a home that’s been atleast checked to see if things are in working order. The villa when we walked in was hot, humid, and had an order of not being cleaned recently. The refrigerator in the kitchen and airconditioning was malfunctioning. The air was non existent and the temperature of the kitchen was 100 degrees. We immediately contacted the manager and the Vrbo contact as to our issues. They were quick to respond however the said person to come and check it out never came out. My father in law was required to carry a refrigerator from the basement to the upstairs to remedy the issue of the fridge. They brought a fan the next day which blew around the hot air from the kitchen. The bathroom toilet water would run constantly and looked like it would overflow. Overall the hole cleanliness lacked and would recommend an exterminator for the ants. The washer machine took hours to work if it worked and the sheets/towels were questionable. Would not stay again.

Dear guest, I am sorry that the vacation did not meet up your expectations. Even if I never do, I need to make few things clear: -you found Villa Almira perfectly clean and in order; -we never switch on the air conditioning for our guest. The Villa is cool and usually there is no need, plus we love our planet and we try not to use it; -you were unlucky and you run into it the hottest week during the summer (so far); -we bought you right away a fan for the kitchen waiting the assistance to come to fix the air conditioning (it is fixed); -the 2 fridges are and were fixed and functioning during your stay; -your father in law decided to carry the fridge. We would have done it but you were in a hurry; -all the bathrooms (6) are perfectly functioning. We care a lot about water waisting because it comes from our own well (I wrote before your arrival about it); -you never told us about ants, we could have done something about it without exterminating them (there are natural ways of not having them without killing them all); -pity that you did not appreciate that you had a towel for the house, one for the pool and one to use in for the sea; -the washing machine has a 30 minutes program that would have saved your time, water and electricity. We are always available to make our guestd stay a lifetime memory, pity you did not let us. Best regards, Alberto

Fantastiskt hus!!
Stort och fint hus med allt man behöver. Lugnt och mysigt område med fantastisk utsikt (speciellt solnedgångarna över bergen). Underbart poolområde med ren och fin pool alldeles för oss själva. Stora fina rum med egna badrum med toalett och dusch. Vi var sju vuxna och två barn som hade en fantastisk vecka. Jag och min man hade vårat bröllop vid huset :) Hyrbil behövs då huset ligger några kilometer ifrån affärer, restauranger och strand (det mesta nås dock inom 10 minuters bilfärd)

Herrliche Villa mit privatem Pool im Herzen der Costa Smeralda, Sardinien
Wunderschöne Villa mit großem Pool, schöner Terrasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang und großer Tafel. Super ausgestattete Küche incl. Weber Barbecue. Alles klimatisiert, nur die Kosten für die Klimaanlage sind etwas hoch. Der Hausmeister Alberto ist sehr freundlich und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle! Zu den wunderschönen Stränden der Costa Smeralda braucht man 5 min mit dem Auto. Geniale Location für größere Gruppen, die als Selbstversorger einen gemütlichen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Tout dans cette location a contribué à un excellent séjour en Sardaigne. - Maison très bien placée : au calme, coucher de soleil sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse, restaurants et supérettes à moins de 10 minutes de voiture. - Grande maison, très bien équipée (cuisine et confort), chaque chambre à sa SDE, disposition des chambres permettant à des amis ou autre famille d'avoir leur autonomie. Conforme aux photos et description. - Piscine très agréable, assez grande pour vraiment nager, entourée de verdure et d'une terrasse permettant de choisir ombre ou soleil. Et agréable surprise : accueil d'Alberto en français ! :-) Grazie mille !

La propriété est dans un environnement calme. L’accès Porto Cervo, Palau, ou la plage de La Celvia très facile d’accès. Le restaurant L’m à 3 minutes pour les plats à emporter c’est parfait. La voiture est indispensable. Je recommande.

Splendide, magnifique, parfait !
Splendide maison très spacieuse, dans un cadre magnifique, en pleine nature, au calme, avec une superbe vue (merveilleux coucher de soleil vu de la terrasse) Maison très confortable, les espaces permettent à chacun d'avoir son intimité. Magnifique piscine et abords aménagés, joli jardin. Grande terrasse agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alberto, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visites. Séjour parfait!

Très bon séjour dans une grande maison très agréable, belle et facile à vivre. Le paysage depuis la maison est superbe. La côte, toute proche, est absolument magnifique. Et Alberto nous offre très gentiment ses conseils de balade sur les chemins qui offrent des panoramas à couper le souffle. À peine partis, on éprouve l'envie de revenir...

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir sind mit unseren sechs Kindern und einer weiteren Familie in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft gewesen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es gab für jeden Gaststrand Handtücher und Handtücher zum duschen. Unseren Kindern hat der Fitnessraum im Keller sehr gut gefallen. Das haben sie zu ihrem Spiele Raum um funktioniert. Etwas schwierig war es mit den ganz kleinen Kindern (1&2Jahre), da der Pool nicht umzäunt ist. Jedoch konnten wir die Terrasse mit den Sesseln ab sperren, so dass die Kinder gesichert waren. Alberto stand uns bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Es gibt viele große Töpfe und genügend Besteck und Teller. Was uns den Aufenthalt mit zehn Personen sehr erleichtert hat. Es ist sehr ruhig und von den Nachbarn ist nichts zu hören. Wir haben uns alle sehr gut erholt und werden dieses Haus bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Sardinien wieder wählen. Besonders wichtig für uns waren die vielen Bäder und Zimmer. So konnte sich jeder zurück ziehen, wenn es nötig war.

Great week away
First time to Sardinia and this property is central to many good little beaches and restaurants. Rooms are all good size with ensuite bathrooms. Lovely views and we had good fun in the pool. Beware of mosquitos and wasps! A ping pong table or football table would make an excellent addition. Great house and would definitely recommend Agriturismo for Sardinian feast!!

Wir (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) haben in der Villa Almira zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Haus war einfach perfekt: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind spitze und die Lage in den Bergen ist einfach traumhaft. Jeden Abend konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus genießen. San Pantaleo, viele tolle Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Supermarkt und Bäcker) und die bezaubernden Strände sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Alberto, der uns vor Ort einfach perfekt betreut hat. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft bei Problemen oder Fragen war herausragend. Zudem ist er begeisterter Mountainbiker, der uns spitzen Routen in der Umgebung empfohlen hat. Alles in allem eine Top Location für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Superbe maison avec vue magnifique
La maison est immense et très très calme, un bonheur! Le jardin/parc autour est très vaste et sauvage, c’est très agréable. La maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles car chaque famille a son espace à elle. Les pièces sont toutes très spacieuses, les chambres très grandes et confortables, salon et cuisine aussi; la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique!! Pour les familles avec enfants: Alberto met à disposition tout ce qu’il faut pour les enfants & bébés: lits, chaises, jouets & jeux de plages, etc.. Il est très accueillant et sympathique et donne pleins de recommendations sur la région. Grande piscine (mais pas protégée) donnant sur une vue magnifique. La maison est mieux que sur les photos ;-) je la recommande !

Erholung Pur - Empfehlenswert!
Das Haus ist nur eine halbe Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt, umgeben von Bergen mit einem Traumblick über die Landschaft. Wir haben die 10 Tage wirklich genossen. Anfang Oktober mit super Wetter haben wir jeden Tag die ca. 15 min entfernten Traumstrände angefahren. Einer war schöner als der Andere. Abends chillten die Kinder am Pool und wir Erwachsenen grillten mit dem tollen Webergrill Fisch, Fleich und Hamburger. Dazwischen probierten wir die Restaurants in der Umgebeung und können immer wieder nur das Meerestier Risotto empfehlen. Das Haus war extrem sauber, am Pool stand ein Poolroboter zum Säubern des Pools, jedes Zimmer hatte ein Bad, die Betten waren bequem, die Sauna wurde von den Kindern genutzt zum Aufwärmen nach einen Abendpoolbad. Genug Platz ist auf dem Gelände mit 3 rumstreunernden Katzen und einer großen Landschildkröte, die von unseren Kindern entdeckt wurde. Insgesamt war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Olivenöl, Folien, Eiswürfeltüten...alles verfügbar. Toll! Die Tipps von Alberto sind wir gefolgt und haben dank Strandapp und Windapp tolle Strände endteckt. Wir bedanken uns beim Hauseigentümer und bei Alberto. 3 Familien inkl. 6 Kinder hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub! Kleiner Tipp: der kleine Ort San Pantaleo 5 Minuten Fahrweg vom Haus entfernt. Ein bezauberndes italienisches Dorf mit einer Piazza umringt von Cafes, Restaurants, kleinen Kunstläden und einer Kirche. Am Donnerstag ist hier Marktag bis 13.00 Uhr mit heimischen Produkten.

Fantastic Villa with lots of space, great views and really good sized pool.
Our family of 10 had a great time. The villa is very spacious, and has wonderful views from the dining area and the pool which is a really good size and great for kids. The house is split over 2 levels with 3 bedrooms to the main house 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs where the gym is and a separate double bedroom which provided a nice annex for one of our guests. Sardinia is absolutely beautiful, great beaches and food. Would definitely recommend renting a boat from Palau to explore the islands to the north which have some amazing secluded beaches only reachable by boat, In August the beaches are busy so either go with the crowd at smaller beaches or choose some of the larger beaches which may not have the attractive coves but still offer crystal clear waters. San Pantaleo is a lovely little town with good restaurants and cafes. Alberto was really helpful on check in/out and also with anything we needed during our stay. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend the villa as an ideal base to explore Costa Smerelda and return to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Perfect family Location
We were a group of 9 with 2 families. This villa is an excellent place to stay: - all 6 bedrooms with own bathroom - good place for large group dinners - all facilities working well - a great swimming pool to relax - good location to reach many nice places in sardinie The service from Alberto and Alberto was great - everything easy to coordinate Enjoy your stay ! Excellent vacation
Our stay was excellent. 6 adults and 4 children. Villa has a very good location. There are many beautiful beaches within 20 km. Liscia Ruja, Rena Bianca, Mannena, Del Principe I can only recommend. The pool is large and there is also a self-cleaning robot. Each room and bathroom were prepared and clean, towels were available. Kitchen equipment is sufficient - excellent coffee - thank you, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster. Air conditioning in each room, plus two in the living room. Weber gas grill, excellent steaks and fish. Certainly I recommend visiting the city of San Pantaleo - a beautiful city closest to the villa. For us, be more beautiful than Porto Cervo. Do not miss an aperitif at the sunset at the Phi Beach Club in Baja Sardinia, which is just 15 minutes from the villa. Thanks to Albert for our perfect holiday in Sardinia. We will definitely return.

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht
Het is een sfeervol en prettig huis met veel kamers en badkamers. Er zijn twee kamers met badkamer beneden bij de speelkamer cq fitnessruimte en er is een apart gastenverblijf met badkamer met een prachtig uitzicht. De woonkamer is ruim genoeg en buiten staat een grote eettafel. Het huis is heel compleet en heeft alle benodigdheden. De contactpersoon Alberto is heel aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Wij, een familie van 10 personen, kunnen dit huis zeker aanbevelen.

Fabulous
Everything was as hoped for and better than expected. Beautiful setting, perfectly appointed residence. Salt water pool a secluded sun spot that kept adults and children constantly happy and amused. Property close to the charming San Panteleo and within 20 mins of a plethora of stunning beaches and Olbia. A fabulous holiday never to forget. Thank you Alberto and Alberto.

Fantastic stay at Villa Almira!
Spent a week at villa almira with our extended family from Spain. The villa is perfect as each of the bedrooms has its own bath and plenty of space overall. The views of the Sardinian countryside are priceless! The location was perfect as well in close proximity to all the beaches of costa smerelda. Highly recommend for a large group and Albert was a fantastic host!
