“Very vibrant and welcoming. Staff was never at the front desk (always coming from outside the building). Shower was the best one on our whole trip. Breakfast was a nice variety. ”

“I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. ”

“The parking we had to pay 10$ doesn’t make any sense end on the top of that we need to registered the car by a QR apps that was complicated for nothing. Normally when I stop at a Hampton Inn I never have to pay for parking ”

“Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. ”

“This place was amazing! Gigi from front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was not only helpful with finding great restaurants and places to see in Pensacola but she was truly one of the nicest people I have met! The whole staff both morning and evening were friendly and personable during my stay. Her and the staff's hospitality was something I truly appreciated and look forward to coming back. ”

“Breakfast was very varied and kept well stocked. Coffee was excellent. Pillows in rooms could be upgraded. Way too soft.”

“I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid.”

“As a budget hotel, it provided the basics. Room was clean and bed comfortable. TV was large and functional. Not a lot of extras but what was there was well done. ”

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”

“Hotel moderno ,molto puliti gli spazi comuni e le camere. Il bagno con pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani,la stanza viene rifatta solo prr soggiorni superiori a 5giorni ( unica pecca direi) Colazione non particolarmente varia ma sempre tutto buono e abbondante. Nei dintorni ovunque ristoranti e supermercati. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto economico rispetto ad altri hotel Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliato ”

“The first room we had the key didn’t work three times. She upgraded us because of this issue which was nice however the room was a basic hotel room so wasn’t anything fancy. I would be mad if I paid a lot of money for that room because it was nothing fancy. Overall tho it’s a okay two night place to stay ”
