I booked this for my parents who had a procedure at St. Thomas early in the morning. They thought it was fantastic, very pleased, no complaints and were so thrilled how close it was to St. Thomas. “Kids were allowed to be unsupervised in all areas, dancing on tables and running the halls banging on doors. Couldn’t understand the front desk clerk. Never got the linens requested for pull out bed. Pictures must have been taken of a different hotel. ”

“The pool was closed, but it is not stated on the website. They have their indoor pool as seasonal. When we went to look at it, it was like a scummy pond at the end of summer. The hotel smelled everywhere. You could tell people were smoking in their rooms and the hotel tried to cover up that smell and dirtiness smells with a horrendous air freshener that seeped into everything. “Unsafe and shady people staying at this hotel. Owner does not take responsibility for the unsafe people that are long time staying guests. The room we got was marinated and weed smoke smell. It was a non smoking room. When I told the owner the room reeks of weed and cigarette smoke. His response, was "thats not my fault, it's the guy that has been staying here for a long time in the room nextdoor." The owner did not offer a different room and refuse to give me a refund.”
