The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible via an outdoor staircase. A free parking space is available right in front of the house, as is free Wi-Fi for relaxing or planning your next excursions. The location in Chiemgau offers ideal conditions for relaxation and activities: gentle hiking trails, scenic mountain hikes, idyllic lakes, cozy alpine huts, and a wide range of recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Here, both those seeking peace and quiet and active vacationers will find their perfect balance. Please note that pets and dogs are not permitted.

Our modern “Holz & Himmel” vacation apartment is located in the lovingly renovated attic of a former farmhouse and, with 53 m² of space, offers a place to breathe deeply, relax, and feel at ease. The combination of natural solid wood construction, plenty of light, and an open-concept layout creates an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home and find peace. Through the large windows, your gaze falls directly onto the greenery—meadows, mountains, and the warm colors of the evening sun. The apartment is ideal for two people and features an open layout: The living area, with a cozy sitting area, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, Bialetti espresso maker), invites you to spend relaxing hours here. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180×200 cm), a smart TV, and a clothes rack. The modern bathroom, complete with a bathtub, spacious walk-in shower, hair dryer, and toilet, rounds out the cozy atmosphere. Please note that dogs and other pets are not permitted. For families with infants, we are happy to provide a safety rail. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.
