"The hotel is beautiful, and the communal areas are luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection. Comfy bed and nice spacious shower. My only disappointment was the room I was allocated compared to other rooms of similar prices I saw. I was in room 227, end of a corridor, it was small, ..."

"The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand."
