Old Millers Cottage è stato recentemente ristrutturato secondo standard elevati. Il cottage offre una base confortevole e ben arredata da cui esplorare la zona. La struttura dispone di una cucina in stile Shaker, con piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno elettrico e tutti gli utensili. Un salotto rilassante, con divano e sedia in pelle, HDTV FreeSat e lettore DVD. C'è internet e WiFi ma NESSUN segnale MOBILE al cottage. l
Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale, con travi a vista e pareti in pietra calcarea. La biancheria da letto Eygptian in cotone ti conforta mentre giaci e guardi le stelle attraverso le finestre illuminate dal cielo. Il lussuoso bagno appena ristrutturato dispone di una vasca doppia per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a camminare o lavare i dolori nella doccia separata.

Fantastic cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was in a fabulous location, very clean and had everything you needed in it. It’s in the most beautiful hamlet, with so many lovely walks and pubs on route. I will be returning very soon. We couldn’t of had a better week, and it was so easy to book.

A wonderful few days' stay

A clean and cosy cottage in a beautiful location, perfect for exploring the peak district with walks right from the doorstep. Weather was not great but that did not stop us getting out and exploring the fantastic countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Old Miller's Cottage.

Long Weekend Getaway

We're do I start this quaint little cottage was a in a perfect location to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. Both are into hiking and the cottage is well situated withing the national park. The host's communication was fab too. We will definitely be staying again.

Best location ever?

Really nice stay in this little gem. Very compact, especially downstairs but perfect for 2. The river Dove is immediately outside the front door as is the beautiful footpath through to Dovedale. The George pub in the next village has Michelin standard food - well worth a visit.

Idyllic stay in cute cottage

We had spotted this cottage on previous walks on visits to the area and wanted to try it. Very well appointed and comfortable cottage in a lovely area. We will definitely come again. One minor suggestion would be that property gets a larger frying pan as the one provided is quite small (or you could take one along with you!)

Perfect Bliss

This tiny house is perfect for a short stay right by the river in beautiful Milldale. It is furnished in a sympathetic 1930's style but with large modern bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. The old stone floor is a bit chilly but the warm slippers helped and the house warms up quickly. The setting is stunning; people are so friendly and you can walk along the river or up into the hills from the door. We loved it.

Old Millers Cottage was very cosy and quaint. All that was needed was there and it was in a lovely position close to river Dove and we could walk from the doorstop. It was very peaceful and quiet. Weather was not too bad a bit more sunshine would have been welcome!

We had a lovely few days at Millers Cottage. Cottage was clean and check in was easy. Great location for walking. The water pressure upstairs was poor and the Wi-Fi unfortunately stopped working after the first day so we were completely off grid! Ant the host was quick to respond when we contacted him.

Hidden little gem

What a fantastic little cottage..... Perfect location if you want to get away from it all & enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage itself can not be faulted. Decorated to a high modern standard whilst keeping all the original features of this beautiful old building. Good communication from the owner, handover was a simple process. Cant wait to return.

What a beautiful cottage. Great location for walks or just watching the ducks a few steps away from the cottage. Breathtaking Location

Old Millers Cottage did not disappoint. It was beautiful and quirky. We stayed for three nights, and it was comfortable. Check-in was easy, and Ant was quick to respond when we had a query.Slippers are needed downstairs as the floor can get chilly & the Wi-Fi kept dropping in & out, which was a little annoying. The cottage was clean, except for a little cleaning residue in the bath. Luxurious bed linen & the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (we had to hunt for the chopping board but found it eventually). I would highly recommend if you love walking & we would definitely stay again.
