“The hotel was clean and easy access to major roadways as well as walkable to One Loudoun and numerous shops and restaurants and activities. We also took our dog and it was great for him. Would stay here again!”

“We had bugs in our room. The room wasn’t ready for use until 4 o’clock and once in the room one of the beds weren’t made. The help at the front desk was nonexistent every time myself or someone from my party went to front desk no one was there. ”

I had to get mad to get checked in and get our room keys after being on road all day. What breakfast? White bread? Cold coffee from the day before. 6am, 1 yogurt in cooler no fruit for guest. Room was clean, but smelled like strong bleach. Hallways nasty the whole time I was there never vacuumed. Side door open 24/7 no security...
