“What can I say the pull out couch looked like someone had bled on the cushions, the lights by the bed wall didn’t work, The toilet plumbing wasn’t commercial and over flooded the floor which I had to plunge myself, the ceiling had water stains and the A/C sounded very loud”

“This location was very convenient to everything we were doing this week. Andrea at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful and pointing out a few places, we might like to go. We ate breakfast on the last day we stayed there and the breakfast was very good. It’s your basic eggs, bacon, and cereal… But it was a $12 breakfast. The property is great. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very well taken care of… Updated… And very comfortable.”

“I was in Peterborough for business. The Riverhouse is convenient and I have stayed there before. Check-in was difficult. It is not the fault of Riverhouse that my phone blocked the text with code information as spam, but it took half an hour of phone calls to Expedia and to the off-site manager to enable us to check in to our room. The room was comfortable, but the amenities are inadequate. The Riverhouse was aware that there were two people staying in the room for two nights, yet provided one...
