The Blue Pub
Although the carpet was somewhat stained, the room itself was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. Even though the washrooms were shared, they were absolutely well maintained.

Snow Denn Lodge
Entire lodge was spotless and everything was there we needed. Only issue was the noise. And probably this was due to other guests not being considerate. Our bedroom was below TV room. Noise from TV. People dropping things and talking was easily heard. The worse thing was banging doors when guest ...

Hotel Ashburton
An old convention centre and sprawling hotel from a bygone era, buried in the back streets of Ashburton. Everything quite dated but rooms were clean & spacious. Staff were great. Meals exceptional. Good value for money if you don’t mind it being a bit old fashioned style

Taylors Motel
We stayed here on our way from Queenstown to Christchurch. Found it really easily and were greeted by friendly proprietors. Rooms were good sized, clean and well appointed (we had the 2 bed unit which included a kitchenette). Would happily stay here again.
