“Room smelled like smoke...although says non-smoking room...check-in was very poorly handled as attendant was no where in site...finally showed up of us waiting to check in and then proceeded to take a phone call and was i the process of taking a reservation ...to which I interrupted him and said ..."You need to put them on hold and attend to us" to which he did”
