“Was disappointed when we got to the hotel and found out the pool was closed. Also, breakfast selection was small. Waffle maker wasn't working. Beds were very uncomfortable. Light was broken in the room, why repair when you can just zip tie it.”

“Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. ...

“Staff was very friendly! Our room was less than ideal and definitely needs better lighting in vanity area. The bathroom is so small, the window curtain was shredded, and the headboard had weird stains. The included beverages and food were great. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast both days. The bartender was super nice. For the price it was fine, but the hotel overall could definitely use an update. ”

“I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. ”
