Unauthorized pets: $250 + $35/day

📜 Rental Agreement & Guest Verification

▪️ All guests must electronically sign a short rental agreement and provide gov`t ID before check-in. This confirms that local laws, occupancy limits, and community guidelines are understood and agreed upon ✅
▪️ Reservations without a signed agreement may be canceled in accordance with policy
▪️ Only the person who made the reservation can sign the agreement and complete guest verification for accuracy and security 🔒

⚠️ Violation Fees⚠️
The following additional fees will be assessed as applicable:

• 🚬 Smoking Fee – $500 plus any additional cleaning expenses
• 🐾 Non-approved Pet Fee – $250, plus $35 per day, per pet
• 🎉 Non-approved Event Fee – $5,000
• 💸 Expenses Charged at Cost – This includes pay-per-view movies, international calls, excessive cleaning, mailing left-behind items, and any costs (including attorney’s fees) related to a guest’s failure to comply with the rental agreement.

• Damage or Theft – Guests are responsible for any physical damage to or theft from the property, whether accidental, careless, or deliberate. If damages prevent the property from accommodating other booked reservations, guests will also cover costs for alternative lodging for those reservations.
