You will have a delightful stay held in nature at this stunning and bright 4BR home affectionately named “Casa Blanca", just 10 minutes from the center of Asheville! The house is 1.6 miles from Woodfin Riverside Park, where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, riding bikes, or just relaxing!

LIVING AREAS

Sip coffee or hot tea as you curl up by the gas fireplace in the living area. Settle in and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Find plenty of seating with a plush sofa for 5, and 2 velvet green, extra-wide armchairs.


KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining room table with seating for up to 8 and an extra three at the bar.

Downstairs has a kitchenette so you don't have to go upstairs to make a cup of tea coffee or light snack.


BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps up to 13 guests between the four bedrooms, extra comfortable air mattress, daybed and the sprawling sectional sofa in the living area.

Find quiet privacy in the zen master bedroom, furnished with a stylish-comfortable king memory foam bed. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

A second bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed, while the third bedroom holds a queen bed and a desk to fit in work when you need be productive. An adjacent guest bathroom features a bathtub & shower. A fourth bedroom sleeps a new queen bed with infrared fireplace. There is a third full bathroom in the lower level as well.

Too, we have a daybed and trundle that can sleep 2 with a curtain for privacy.


OUTDOOR AREAS

Take in the nature sounds on the large front porch, furnished with a swing and traditional outdoor bench. In the evening, barbecue on the gas grill on the back deck. When the sun sets, circle around the outdoor gas fire pit and watch the stars come out. Keep an eye out for the foxes, turkeys, deer, and other wildlife ... this land is part of their walking trail.

THE LOCATION

Easily explore both rural and urban destinations from this Blue Ridge sanctuary. Drive 5 miles to visit a plethora of shops and dining options in downtown Asheville. Check out iconic locales like the Biltmore Estate (7.5 miles) and Folk Art Center (10.5 miles).

Discover an abundance of outdoor recreation in the area -- including biking, swimming, fishing, zip lining, rafting, tubing, kayaking, and skiing. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy convenient access to several scenic trails nearby, including the Olivette trails. As well, you are just 10 mins. to the lovely town of Weaverville

Drive 20 miles north to explore the Pisgah National Forest, including Mt. Mitchell. Or travel an hour south to visit Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. Chimney Rock (31 miles) and WNC Nature Center (11.5 miles) are also not to be missed.

If visiting in the winter, travel 30 miles north to hit the slopes at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort. In the fall, take a drive on the iconic Blue Ridge Highway and witness the stunning changing colors.
