  • Ottieni il meglio da entrambi i mondi: goditi l'unicità del quartiere più storico di Asheville e goditi l'essere a soli 1,5 km dal centro di Asheville. La nostra suite al piano terra con ingresso privato ha tutto ciò che serve per esplorare. A solo una breve distanza in auto (3-5 minuti), sarai vicino a tutto in città.

    Il nostro spazio unico è pieno della nostra arte e oggetti dei nostri viaggi del mondo ed è dotato di caffè e birra locali in modo da avere un assaggio della nostra città.

    La nostra suite completamente privata si trova al piano terra della nostra nuova casa verde costruita. Viaggiamo in tutto il mondo per lavoro e piacere e abbiamo decorato la nostra suite con oggetti provenienti da Africa orientale, meridionale e occidentale, Medio Oriente, Europa, oggetti d'antiquariato della nostra famiglia e dipinti del nostro studio d'arte.

    Lo spazio ha una bellissima zona giorno, angolo cottura, 2 camere da letto, bagno privato completo e ingresso indipendente con una zona salotto esterna. La suite è completamente privata, così puoi avere il tuo spazio e goderti il tuo tempo lontano da casa. L'angolo cottura ha tutto l'essenziale: forno a microonde, frigorifero / congelatore, tostapane, caffè locale macinato fresco con la vostra scelta di macchina da caffè o da versare, tè, due birre locali in frigo per il vostro divertimento, e piatti e posate. Gli ospiti hanno il pieno controllo del loro riscaldamento e aria.

    Alcune note importanti:
    Purtroppo la città di Asheville non ci consente di avere lavandini fuori dal bagno, che attualmente stiamo lottando per essere revocati. Nel frattempo, è importante notare che con più ospiti c'è solo un lavandino / un bagno. Abbiamo installato specchi in tutto lo spazio in modo che più persone possano prepararsi allo stesso tempo.

    Siamo spiacenti, niente addii al celibato / nubilato

    Viviamo alla fine di una strada nello splendido quartiere storico di Montford, che è adiacente al centro città. Adoriamo camminare per 1. 5 miglia in città dalla nostra casa (35 minuti a piedi), dove la passeggiata è tutte le strade del quartiere fino ad arrivare al ponte che ci collega al centro città.

Cost urban oasis

Thoughtfully furnished, spotlessly clean, eclectic wooded in-town neighborhood close to everything, responsive but non-intrusive on site hosts, and comfy beds. We had a lovely stay.

Beautifully Decorated Asheville spot!

We so enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable and immaculately clean spacious apartment. The hosts were gracious and helpful, but little was needed in help as everything was arranged so thoughtfully. Highly recommend if you are ever in the area!

Great location!

This beautiful, well appointed apartment was perfectly located for our long weekend with visits to Biltmore Estate, River Arts District, and restaurants. I especially liked that it's in a wooded area with little to no traffic.

Fantastic

Wonderful stay. It was the perfect location. Our daughter got married at homewood wedding venue. This home was .5 miles from it. Absolutely great.

Well equipped, extremely walkable

The property was very functional and spacious, and offered a super Homebase from which to explore downtown Asheville. It’s close enough to make walking easy, and was situated in a lovely neighborhood which made it a pleasure. The hosts were terrific about offering suggestions for food nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Family get away

Cute apartment tucked away at end of street, making it feel like you’re in the mountains despite being right outside of downtown. Great location for seeing a concert at The Salvage Station and for exploring downtown. Fantastic accommodations! Great communication by hosts. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable Weekend

Very comfortable and relaxing VRBO. From the decorating to heavy nice towels to comfortable beds, this place is a must stay in Asheville. You are only 1 1/2 miles from town so the location is perfect. We will definitely come back for another stay!!

Excellent getaway

My daughter and I stayed here for three days and it was fantastic. Alexis made us feel very welcome. The suite was clean and well furnished, and the small amenities were a nice touch. We were close to everything and the neighborhood is idyllic. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Short but Sweet

Our stay ened up being shortened by a full day . But, for the little time we were there it was lovely. The space is well appointed and ecp frienly. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Alexis was great

We encountered a pretty big snafu upon checking in but texted Alexis and she immediately called. The situation was corrected promptly and with many apologies. The space was perfect for us and had many nice touches included. Neighborhood was very cute and a great location. We would stay again!

Comfortable resting spot

We were spending the weekend between camp sessions for my daughter and before my son departed for a longer road trip out west. We had the space to be together but not too close together, the comfort of a beautiful and well appointed space and the proximity to town to do everything we wanted within a very short drive. The hosts were responsive and helpful with the simple questions we had. I would highly recommend it.

Asheville Visit

Enjoyed our stay. Well kept, with nice ammenities. Comfortable for two couples or a family of four. At night arrival could use a little more lighting….ran into a bear and cub which was exciting but probably would have been better responded to if we had a little More light to have observed them. Second bedroom could use a new bed. Otherwise, terrific!

Family Time

Very nice 2 bedroom unit. Clean comfortable and great communication. For the extra cleaning fee and host fee associated I do not think we should have been responsible for stripping beds and emptying trash.

Girls Weekend

Clean & beautiful space with 2 bedrooms on opposite sides. Nicely decorated. Cute as can be. Close to everything. One of us had to park on the muddy narrow street and walk down dark driveway so be aware if you are in more than 1 car. Could sometimes hear footsteps above from owners but not overwhelming.

Beautiful little bungalow!

This property is absolutely by far the cleanest property we have ever rented with Vrbo. The smallest details that the owners put into this property to make our stay comfortable was truly appreciated. From the white noisemakers in the bedrooms to the local coffee that was available, the coffee filters, shampoos conditioners, toothpaste and toothbrushes, Contact lens cases with contact lens solution………..you could literally walk into this property with the clothes on your back and stay comfortably. We would definitely return and highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Asheville. Very pleased!

Exceeded Expectations

This was our first stay in the Montford area and I enjoyed learning more about that part of Asheville - great food and a really fun ebike ride. Our hosts' hospitality exceeded our expectations! Making us feel welcome and very comfortable.The beds were comfortable. A/C and Wifi worked fine. Very pleasant lighting inside and out. Comfy couch. The bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels. The house is at the very end of the street which feels a little remote - that was mentioned in the description. To be exact, there is a half-mile of walkable road between the driveway and the sidewalks. It's a little overgrown but there's a really fine treasure at the end of the road!!

Everything was perfect!

We loved staying at this beautiful, relaxing, cozy home. We felt like we were staying in our own private treehouse with all of the foliage surrounding us. It was extremely clean, and had a private entrance with a little patio to sit on. The bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. The house is on a secluded quiet woodsy street at the end of the road. You forget that you are in the middle of town. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and downtown is only a short easy walk too. Everything is only a 5 to 10 minute drive with many hiking trails only a short drive away. Alexis and Collin thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and at home. They even left us local coffee and beer for us to try. They gave excellent recommendations for hiking, restaurants and places to explore while in Asheville. We highly recommend this rental located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and we hope to be back soon! Thank you Alexis and Collin for being such wonderful hosts.

Great hosts in a perfect location.

Love the location. Walkable to downtown, yet feels very secluded. Very clean and well stocked with nice surprises- local beers, local coffee, tooth brushes, shampoo, etc. Impressed with the attention to detail for check-in instructions and directions. Absolutely would stay again.
