  • Questa casa è una meravigliosa fuga nella storia. Costruito all'inizio del 1900 e aggiornato più volte, ha avuto solo 5 proprietari sin dalla sua creazione. Un sacco di aggiornamenti per le comodità moderne, ma così tante caratteristiche originali tra cui travi a vista, porte e pannelli in castagno wormy ... sentirai il fascino antico di un secolo. La proprietà è molto privata e comprende molte attività all'aperto da praticare se ti rilassi a casa e nei dintorni. È una delle case più vicine al centro di Asheville che troverai.

    A sole 5 miglia dall'aeroporto di Asheville, 6-7 miglia dal centro di Asheville, a 4 miglia da Blue Ridge Parkway e Biltmore Park. 5 miglia da I-40, 4 miglia a I-26, 7 miglia a Biltmore estate, e si trova a meno di 1 miglio da tanti ristoranti, negozi, negozi di alimentari e altri bei servizi ... non dovrai guidare lontano per qualsiasi cosa.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. The description of the house and grounds was spot on. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax and spend quality family time. The grounds allowed us to set up and play outside family games. There are 18 of us with children and grandchildren and we definitely want to return. We definitely recommend it to any family looking for an opportunity for great family time.Thanks so much for the memories we were able to create!K. White

Bill was an outstanding host! His communication throughout the entire process was exceptional and he was super responsive to our questions and concerns. The property was as advertised; it’s an older home, but has a ton of character that we all appreciated. The yard was nicely maintained and provided a great place for us to play cornhole and sit around the fire pit. We had a group of 16 and a couple of bedrooms were a bit lacking on space but we made it work. It was a great experience for our group that drove up from Margaritaville, Hilton Head.

What an incredible home and property! It was perfect for our large family 4th of July weekend. The historic house has so much character and space for all 18 of us to be comfortable. We played yard games and enjoyed sitting on the patio with the many chairs provided. The large property grounds are gorgeous and provide a private setting. The kitchen has ample dishes, silverware, coffee mugs and cooking utensils for a large group of people. The host and property manager were prompt to reply and very helpful ahead of our trip making sure we had everything we needed including a high chair, pac n play and yard games etc. check in and out was easy. The huge house is in such a great location and so close to downtown, Biltmore village and all the best things to do in Asheville. We would love to stay here again if we come back.

William’s home is a beautiful piece of preserved history. Conveniently located and easy to access, the property is well maintained and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect location for my group of 14 to celebrate my parents’ birthday!

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this home. The house was a perfect fit! A large house with plenty of sleeping space, living space and a beautiful backyard with a view of the mountains. The home is over 100 years old so there is a lot of history and character but also very well maintained. The owner was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs.

Great house - perfect location

We stayed at this house for a work team retreat and loved it. Plenty of beds/space for the 10 of us and great location (central to lots of activities around the Asheville area). Great communication and adorable property!

Great for our large group

Large home but many private bedroom spaces so everyone had their own spot. Bill was very responsive and communication was excellent. We had a great time here and in the area overall!

This is a great home for a family gathering! Lots of space, including many different bedrooms that enable privacy. Beautiful backyard that enabled lots of kids to play, and functional back deck enables parents to comfortably watch. We had some challenges with the facilities, but Bill and team did what they could to remedy.

Royal Pines was a perfect home for 12 friends to gather. Rich history and plenty of room to relax. Bill is a fantastic host; responsive and extremely helpful. I look forward to visiting Asheville again!

Excellent Stay

Beautiful home on outstanding property! We were 10-15 minutes away from everything but didn't need to leave the property because it had it all: land, outdoor games, firepits, etc.

Beautiful home in wonderfully private setting even though on a neighborhood. Back patio fire pit and gas grill was such a wonderful setting for our family to enjoy outside. House has everything including space bedrooms and baths that you could need. Will be back !!

Perfect for our needs

The house was just what we needed. Plenty of room, and we love the layout. The location was close to the airport, which we visited 6 times to get family in and out for our grandmother's funeral. Host was very helpful! Very clean.

Yoga retreat

We had a lovely retreat and space to do outdoor yoga at this beautiful space. This old home has a lot of character with clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner, Bill, was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would visit again for sure.

Golf and beer guys weekend.

Great property with a ton of space inside to spread out. Really unique layout, with a beautiful back yard with a couple of practically tame turkeys wandering around. Every single one of the group thought it was perfect.
