Privato, recentemente ristrutturato, appartamento con 2 camere da letto a 5 miglia da Downtown e dal quartiere River Arts. Facile accesso a I-26 e UNC-Asheville. Pulito, silenzioso e spazioso con una cucina completa. Lenzuola di lusso e ipoallergeniche. Svegliatevi con caffè e tè complementari. Resta qui per ricaricare e scoprire i piaceri abbondanti di Asheville!

L'appartamento è arredato, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, forno a microonde, fornello a quattro fuochi e forno e macchina per il caffè. Offre Internet wireless, parcheggio in strada per 2 o 3 auto, caffè e tè gratuiti, asciugacapelli e lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. Tre unità di riscaldamento / climatizzazione mantengono lo spazio confortevole in tutte le stagioni!

La camera da letto principale vanta un lussuoso letto king-size con il materasso pillow-top più confortevole e un grande cassettone. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli (che possono essere trasformati in un letto matrimoniale aggiuntivo) e funge anche da spazio abitativo aggiuntivo. Include una piccola scrivania. Il divano nel soggiorno si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Tutte le lenzuola sono ipoallergeniche. Ci sono tre armadi.

Il generoso bagno ha un sacco di spazio per i vostri articoli da toeletta e il calore del soffitto.

I cani ben educati sono sempre i benvenuti (con un supplemento per gli animali domestici), ma non i gatti.

Questo appartamento privato è il piano terra della casa di mia madre. Mio fratello, Carter, vive dall'altra parte della strada e sarà a disposizione per occuparsi di eventuali richieste.

Lovely little basement rental

It was a great location and very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed a good night sleep (if you like a firm mattress w/a couple inches foam top). Not a luxury but very accommodating to meet your needs for the price. And the peacefulness and location is worth doing without a super comfy couch or large kitchen sink. If I make it back to Asheville, would definitely stay there again.

Weekend stay

A great spot close enough to downtown to be a convenient getaway. We did struggle to find a close good hike but probably could have researched better. Carter was very attentive and the apartment was super cozy!

A nice quiet stay near Asheville

Walking in everything was exactly how it was portrayed on the listing. Our host was extremely helpful with anything we needed. We were given excellent ideas for dining was not disappointed with any place recommended. Found the place clean and ready for our stay. Had everything could have needed. A great location close to Asheville and all the places we intended to visit. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

The apartment is very nice, clean (no dog odors or fur remnants, in case you’re not a dog person), and matches the description. The only discrepancy I see in the description is that parking is in the driveway, not on the street. I especially liked the spacious bathroom and the lack of carpet. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and Lisa was flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the date of my reservation. Carter was available throughout our stay, although we had no issues and didn’t need to call on him. Honey’s Place has a sweet backstory that is related in the guest’s manual. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Cute apartment

Great place to rest in between hiking and site seeing. The beds were comfortable and the place was well supplied and clean. The tub/shower combo may be difficult for older folks or those with mobility issues since the sides are quite high. Communication with the owners adult children was fantastic!

Nice place for base of operations

Cozy little garden level apt. Well appointed, clean and practical. All of the basics were provided. You're close to downtown Asheville as well as other locales. Blue Ridge Parkway is not far away and can be accessed from a few different routes. Merriman Ave and Haywood Rd are an easy reach and full of food spots and shops that are away from downtown.

Nice property for a small family at a good price. Very responsive owners. HVAC units worked very well, there are some nice amenities like a bathroom heat lamp, and it was very handy having washer/dryer units available. Only quibble is that it can be tricky backing your car out if it's dark out. Also, a few more bathroom hooks here and there might be useful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Quick Baseball Weekend Trip

This little basement apartment was cute, clean and in an nice neighborhood on the French Broad. Found an awesome little coffee shop nearby in Woodfin. It was close to the things we needed to do in Asheville for the weekend and the owners were very nice and excellent to communicate with. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Pleasant stay!

Very clean, convenient apartment for exploring Asheville. We stayed two weeks, and I had to work remotely one week - WIFI was excellent. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious

We only stayed one night but this would be the perfect location for an extended stay. Quiet, residential neighborhood but close to downtown. Very responsive and helpful management and great communication and instructions. Only suggestion I have would to change the listing description about parking, as you can't park on the street. Was not an issue for us even with an Expedition, as the off street parking was very roomy. Just different than the listing (or maybe I just misunderstood listing!).

Very Nice Apartment!

The apartment was very nice. It was a very good size that offered plenty of room for us. It was decorated nicely and was very new and modern. In addition the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was also good..., very easy access to get to many locations in Asheville.

Excellent Place for Asheville Adventure
