Minuti da West Asheville e River Arts District. Accesso alla via verde 1/2 miglio di distanza.
Quando il vostro soggiorno con noi vi sentirete come si sta lontano da tutto. Ma in realtà tutto ciò che si può desiderare di fare è proprio dietro l'angolo.
Siamo vicini a tutto Asheville ha da offrire-Biltmore House, trekking, mountain bike, lo shopping, tubi, correndo, le arti .... la lista è infinita. Eclettico e funky Occidente Asheville è a pochi minuti offre una grande collezione di ristoranti, gallerie e negozi. Downtown Asheville è a pochi minuti oltre che con un emozionante caleidoscopio di negozi, ristoranti, gallerie e eventi artistici, tutto intriso di quella unica Asheville rilassata atmosfera. Proprio dietro l'angolo è il fiume Arts District, dove si può trascorrere una giornata alla scoperta di una delle comunità più attive e accessibili di artisti che lavorano in North Carolina. Se si ottiene galleria stanco hopping, troverete molti grandi opzioni per il cibo e bevande a riposare un incantesimo e spalla a spalla con gente amichevole che sarà lieto di raccontarvi i migliori birrerie locali.
Una volta che hai indossato da soli con tutto quello che c'è da fare in ed intorno a Asheville, si torna ad una comoda casetta accogliente che è stato progettato con il relax in mente. Appena ristrutturato da cima a fondo, la nostra casa comprende una grande cucina con elettrodomestici nuovi e molto spazio per cene di gruppo. Il grande salone è perfetto per la conversazione, guardando la TV HD con il cavo HD e ROKU streaming o curling con un buon libro davanti al caminetto. Il cortile è estremamente privato, con abbondanza di spazio per lanciare Frisbee, calcio, o salotto attorno al fuoco buca e arrosto marshmallow. Se siete fortunati potrete vedere alcune delle specie selvatiche che abbiamo sulla proprietà tra cui cervi, tacchino e la volpe occasionale.
La casa principale dispone di 3 camere con bagno recentemente rinnovato. Il bungalow bagno è un'esperienza tutta sua. Una miscela di vecchio e nuovo si fondono per offrire un ambiente accogliente. Vi è un 49 piedi quadrati 3 doccia testa. Essa ha la sua propria TV / via cavo / Roku e accesso a Internet. C'è un camino e il futon più comodo trasformabile in un divano per rilassarsi davanti al camino o semplicemente guardando la TV. Tutto questo è da poco terminato e le immagini sarà la prossima settimana.

Perfect for our needs

Located close to the Biltmore which was the main purpose of our trip. Bath house is really cute and unique. Was perfect for my introverted self. My family enjoyed the main house, but i had a private escape when i needed quiet.

Great stay!

We stayed with 6 people for a girls weekend. The home provided plenty of space for us to stay comfortably. We cooked most of our meals using the kitchen appliances provided, enjoyed the hot tub, and played yard games with complete privacy. The location was perfect for a short drive downtown and hiking.

Asheville Biltmore getaway

Great location for a trip to Biltmore as this property is about 5 minutes away. Easy short drive to downtown Asheville as well. It had everything we needed and we took advantage of the firepit and hot tub. Not hard to find and it had everything we needed for a family getaway. Owner was very helpful in working with us when we had to reschedule due to a family member sick with covid. We had a very nice trip and stay here....

Perfect mountain getaway!!!

Words cannot begin to describe how amazing our stay was. Between the views, the snow, the hot tub and the private bath house ( that does NOT disappoint ) we know that we'll definitely be coming back to stay here again!! Family trip to visit the Biltmore

We rented this home to explore Ashville and visit the Biltmore. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our trip pleasant. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go from this property. We were very happy with our stay.

Awesome Time and Great Space

We had an amazing time at your place! Hot tun was just perfect. Fire pit was awesome and our Family was finally able to come together and spend an awesome 4 days is Asheville! Cozy Home in the Mountains

Michael was great at communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed. The home was so cute and very clean. The only area of improvement would be more window treatments, we felt a lack of privacy due to only a lace window treatment on the bathroom and no window treatments in the dining room. Overall though it was just as listed and we really enjoyed the outdoor speaker and hot tub!

Awesome property

Was a great place. Enjoyed the house, the hot tub, and especially the amazing bathroom in adjoining building. Was very conveniently located to Asheville proper so getting around was a breeze.

Cute house close to downtown

The home itself was comfortable for us, and the backyard was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. We were very fortunate Michael allowed us to rent the house to use for a small event and for that we are so very grateful. The only recommendation I could give at this time would be to give a more accurate property description. It should be noted that in the back portion of the property behind the tree line, there is another rental space (that is an RV ) that could be being rented during your rental time of the house. It is technically in the backyard, so if you’re looking to host a private event in the backyard like we were, you may have to consider that there are other renters there. We were lucky they didn’t check in until the day after our event, but it was very unexpected. Otherwise the house is a lot of fun and in a great location to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas.

Close, comfortable and clean!

We loved staying here- we had rain the first day and it was lovely to sit in the hot tub and hear the rain. We floated the river, which was very close! Beds were comfy and the shower house was really nice. We would stay here again.

Awesome stay

This place was perfect for a long girl weekend with family & friends for a 60th birthday. Place was centrally located to Asheville and hiking. Michael was an awesome host who responded quickly for any questions. Was a great weekend of fun and the hot tub was awesome

Nice family getaway

We really enjoyed staying here while visiting Asheville. The house was so comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed hanging out in the nice backyard, and used the hot tub every day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for a long weekend!

We stayed at the cottage for a long weekend and we had the best experience. Mike was great from his communication prior to our stay, to early check in, and even a great bus driver. We enjoyed all aspects of the home and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. We were about 10-15 minutes to everything you needed to be at. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Asheville.

Great location, comfortable stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There was enough room for the 4 of us to spread out, and also comfortable spaces to gather together. We spent two nights sitting around the fire pit, and plenty of time relaxing in the hot tub. Proximity to town and local trails was a plus! The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extras like coffee, dish soap, and shampoo. This charming cottage was a fun, refreshing retreat for our family.
