The condominium was spotless and cozy, equipped with all the necessities for our visit. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the guest essentials available in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The highlight of our trip was attending a concert at Asheville Yards, which was conveniently located just across the street—only a 4-minute walk away! I highly recommend this place.

Lovely place. Spanking new. Comfortable beds. Right in downtown Asheville. I have two issues that make this a 4 rather than a 5. The building is right across from the bus station and Asheville Yard. Asheville yard is an outdoor music venue - BUT they are quite good about 10PM as a STOP to all concerts. Nonetheless you will hear some music whether you like it or not. The bus station tends to attract people who were rather noisy late at night an early in the morning. So... if you can stay facing West, or bring ear plugs you're good. We already complained about the nonstick frying pans to someone in the apt who helps manage. She was so nice and was willing to bring us a new pan. Soooooo the management folks are very responsive. I'd stay again, with the request that I face WEST.

Weekend outing

It was a perfect location for our group of 7 adults. Walking distance to downtown Ashville. The living space was comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen came with a few basic cooking pans and utensils..Did not see any kitchen gadgets unless we missed them.

Amazing location

The condo was spacious and very clean. The location was great to walk all over Asheville. Beds were super comfy and was well appointed with paper products, coffee and creamer, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Location

Minutes away from everything in downtown Asheville. Apartment was very clean and perfect if you need three beds and baths. Management was outstanding this building seems to have onsite people. We will be back! My only negative was the bus station across the street and the occasional nonsense that goes on with transients.But location still got a 4/5.

Friends getaway

We stay with two other couples for a friends getaway weekend. Spent time hiking, visiting the Biltmore Mansion and exploring new restaurants. We also spent an evening at the local dueling piano bar…so much fun!!! This apartment was the perfect place to stay. Great location and very comfortable and clean accommodations, it felt newly designed and decorated. Very nice!! Will definitely use again.

Convenient downtown location

The reason I downgraded the rating on check in, is because the replacement of the entrance gate to the parking garage was scheduled at 4:00, at check in time, making it inaccessible when it was most needed for unloading. Very poor planning. The unit itself was nicely furnished, clean, and a hood location.

Good location for Asheville Trip

This condo is in a good location for walking to downtown restaurants and shops. The condo is across from the bus transit station which can have some noisy activity and people hanging out. Was nice that everyone could have their own bedroom and bath. Could not get tv to work and had to work on that - called the management company and they did get back to us but we could not find a mutual time to have them come over and show us so eventually figured it out on our own. Good to have a parking spot in the garage. Fire alarm did go off in the building in the middle of the night and we all had to evacuate the building. The smoke alarms in each unit do not have a shut off button so when the door to the unit where the alarm is going off is open the whole building's alarm system goes off. The fire department came and we met all the other residents outside! Would be helpful to have a manual that outlines what to do in an event like this. We were told there are 24 vacation rentals in the building and it shows as it is minimally furnished and not homey.

Great unit in a convenient location

Great property for a group of couples or a friends get away. Very close to restaurants, shops, and bars/breweries. The only slight negative is noise from the transit center across the street.

Lovely and clean

Ideal location . We got to watch a concert from the balcony too which was an added bonus . Secure and clean . A bit pricey in my opinion however overall a great place to stay with extended family . 2 bedrooms were master bedrooms and there was another bathroom and shower detached available for the 3 rd bedroom . This was big for my group as everyone needs their own space :). Thank you

Property maintenance issues

Unfortunately, there were some property maintenance issues. A toilet was malfunctioning when we arrived, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and the building elevator broke down on our second day. I realize some of these issues are not the unit owners responsibility, but it made what would have been a 10 star stay a 5. The property maintenance company was very responsive to the reported issues.

Great Asheville Condo

This was a wonderful property located within walking distance of all the special things Asheville has to offer. Ease at check in was fabulous communication with property manager was exceptional. Very clean and spacious.

Large, clean condo - great location

This condo was perfect for our stay. The is a corner unit with a balcony overlooking Rabbit Rabbit outdoor music venue (back-side of stage view from balcony). It was a great location for walking to everything downtown Asheville has to offer. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

Great Weekend in Asheville

The property was clean and up to date. A great location as we walked everywhere we went....with the exception of Biltmore. It is across the street from the city bus transit so a little noisy of a morning. But none of our party complained...I knew because I was up early reading on the balcony with coffee watching the sun come up. Location is also across from the Rabbit Rabbit venue. Which was great cause we enjoyed a free concert. Concert noise was not an issue probably because of a city noise ordinance so concert ended by 10:00. We had no problems just a couple of challenges which we rolled. The fridge ice machine was broken but we just bought ice. The limited parking onsite just had us shuttling others to the parking garage the few times they needed their cars. The parking lot across the street never had more than 10 cars in it. Too bad something couldn't be worked out with that property owner to expand parking opportunities. There were six in our party and everyone had positive things to say about the facility.
