Situato a cinque minuti dal centro, un facile accesso a tutto ciò che Asheville ha da offrire. Il lodge si trova a breve distanza a piedi da una YMCA, diversi ristoranti e il lago Beaver. La Blue Ridge Parkway e molte altre destinazioni escursionistiche sono dieci minuti o meno di auto dal nostro sito.
I nostri lodge hanno ingressi indipendenti con ingresso senza chiave, cucine completamente attrezzate e arredamento confortevole. Vogliamo che il vostro soggiorno sia il più confortevole possibile e la richiesta di benvenuto da parte dei nostri ospiti per soddisfare esigenze specifiche.

Perfect little getaway!

My family and I had wonderful time exploring Asheville and so glad we picked this place. Newly renovated, less than 10 minutes to downtown. Right next to Beaver Lake! Patrick was easy to reach and helpful whenever we needed something.

Convenient and cute

We loved our stay! The building was surprising in a good way! It was clean, convenient and comfortable! Would definitely stay there again on subsequent trips. Within 10 minutes drive time, of everything we wanted to so in Asheville! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect

This property was clean, quiet and perfect for our trip. Close to downtown where we spent most of our time this trip. Pet friendly Only suggestion is better pillows on the bed! We throughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely be our first choice anytime we need to stay in Asheville.

The ability to bring our fur babies made all the difference here. The room was larger than I expected & was very clean. Our only issue was there was no internetwifi as advertised.

Tv wiring a rats nest. Broken window pane. Dirty freezer. Pots very old. Shower pan soft, I’m glad we didn’t break thru. Bed creaking every time there is any movement. Close to very busy street.

Busy intersection but convenient to shopping

We had a wonderful stay. One night the tire store across the street worked all through the night. The suite was quiet and did not impact our stay. The folks we were visiting agreed the space was great and will recommend it to future visitors. It was clean. Parking was no problem.

Great stay at a reasonable price

We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues.

Christmas Jam

Got a last minute ticket for a show in Asheville and needed a quick place to stay. I am familiar with the area and I like Woodfin for its proximity to everything I enjoy in Asheville. As advertised, convenient, clean— —a little more parking lot lighting would help alleviate any safety concerns for most, other than that I can see staying here again!

Patrick is an excellent host! Very helpful and kind. I enjoy staying here when I’m in Asheville because of the price and the proximity to where I want to be! Dog friendly which is a huge plus for me!

Great location, great stay

We stayed for a short weekend trip in November 2023. The property is in a great location, easy to drive everywhere. Lovely creek out back. Amenities were perfect for a short stay and the owner was fabulous to work with. Easy check in/check out. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfy and convinient!

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend and it was the perfect spot for the price and location! Seems tucked away but convenient to some great local shops and a 2 minute drive from a beautiful lake called Beaver lake! 10 minutes from downtown Asheville! Very clean and comfortable and felt very safe and the whole check in and out process is easy! Highly recommend this area if you want to be close to all the major attractions!

Property not as shown on line

This is a motel room turned into a suite. No front or back patio area. Back was a gravel parking lot and front was the motel parking lot. 100 feet off of busy road. Loud road noise. Only provided 1 extremely thin pillow per person. There was a hole in the ceiling over the bed plugged with a rag or cotton. Shower had no support under and felt like you could bust thru if you stood in the middle. There were no towels. Host purchased some and left the walmart bag of towels at our door with all the tags on them and not previously washed. The ironing board had no cover, just the metal holes. The paint is chipping off of the walls and windows. Under the sink was filth from prior garbage missing the trash can. In all, worst rental I ever stayed in. Asked for a refund for 2 of the 6 days since we could not stay one more day and the owner denied our request. I had to pay to go to a much better place. I took several pictures of the condition of the unit.
