“Check in easy, room was great, The Lodge is very neat and clean. The only suggestion would be to change breakfast up a little. The staff was also wonderful, we will definitely be going back.”

“We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. ”

“This was a busy time in Asheville, with a concert and a repticon happening at the same time. However, the staff was friendly, relaxed, efficient, and helpful. The property was nice and clean. ”

“The hotel is clean, staff is kind and helpful, large rooms and good location.
Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. While the wait was less than 1 hour, we had just arrived in town after a long drive.The room and bathroom lighting is dim.”
