Capanna dei pastori con vasca idromassaggio in splendida posizione rurale

La capanna di Rose è una capanna di pastori, costruita dall'artigianato ai più alti standard. È posizionato con viste ampie sul lago fino ai boschi antichi. Offre un'esperienza di glashing unica in una capanna di alto livello con un nuovo salotto completamente attrezzato a soli 20 passi, un'ampia area coperta per sedersi e guardare le rondini che si nutrono al di sopra del lago e una vasca idromassaggio (condivisa) per rilassarsi alla fine di Un giorno di esplorazione.

La capanna gode di una vista mozzafiato in una tranquilla zona rurale su una piccola tenuta privata, situata nel centro di Kent, si trova a breve distanza in auto da tutte le attrattive e dai castelli di Kent, con molti bridleways e sentieri sul passo che si può allontanarsi rilassare.

La capanna ha un tavolo da pranzo di quercia in rovere che ospita 4, questo si piega di notte e si converte in un letto matrimoniale. La cucina è anche fatta a mano in quercia con lavandino, piano cottura a gas a 2 fuochi, piccolo frigorifero e forno a microonde. I sedili per panchina vengono convertiti in letti a castello per i bambini.
Per le notti fredde si può snugliare intorno al bruciatore di legno o utilizzare il riscaldamento elettrico, con pareti completamente rivestite di pile, sarete accoglienti e caldi qualunque sia il tempo e l'ora dell'anno

Il moderno bagno riscaldato privato è a 20 passi di distanza, completamente piastrellato con doccia a corrente e deposito extra per i vostri beni.

Il rifugio Rose offre lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi e tornare alla natura, con parcheggio in loco e giardino privato con barbecue e sedie esterne garantite pace e tranquillità in un ambiente straordinario

Absolutely lovely stay!

So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog.

A lovely getaway!

A perfect little rustic hut, warm and cosy. With a separate, modern wash room/toilet. Great jacuzzi and lots of garden space! It was the perfect getaway for me, my partner and our 4 year old son. Away from the hustle and bustle of our normal lives, to somewhere peaceful and calm. The owners were very welcoming, certainly not overbearing and seemingly very happy to help if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone. P.S We hope Jasper the pony liked his carrots and apples we gave him.

We had a lovely stay despite the weather on our first night with heavy rain. On arrival the key to the property was in the door as promised. Although the hut was small we were able to ensure we were made to feel at home. Was greeted by a birthday banner and a cold bottle of Prosecco in the fridge which was a nice touch. The hot tub was ready to use although it was in working order there was a few issues with the vent covers and one jet not working. Seemed as though it had been well used but still did the job. The bbq was very run down and also looked like it had been well used. The decking lights unfortunately were not working which made it very hard to see at night when using the hot tub and outside area even though there was a small outside light. Over all a nice 2 night stay for my birthday but just the few small things would have made it even better.

Anniversary Weekend

A wonderful weekend away from the busy life of kids & work to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. So peaceful & calm, the hot tub was great & the games table was a fun addition. The hut was small but big enough for 2, I would think it would be too cramped with anyone else as there isn’t anywhere to store clothing otherwise but was perfect for us. Plenty of food storage with an extra fridge which meant we could store bbq food easily for a relaxing evening on site. Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely return!

Rose Hut - Shepherds Hut with hot tub for 3

Rose Hut was great. As a family of 3 we were looking for cosy, views and especially for our 12 year old daughter a hot tub. The hut was clean and and had everything we needed i.e. a small fridge and microwave. We had extreme weather so the log burner was used. The shower room was clean and warm. Definitely would recommend and will come back in the future.

Lovely, relaxing weekend

We had a lovely weekend, we stayed in The Shepard’s hut. It was clean and had everything we needed just took our food and drink. It’s great if you are wanting peace and privacy. The booking was simple and so was the check in and check out. We will definitely be back! Thank you Wendy and Nigel.

Our stay

The property was smaller than looked on photos but it had plenty of cupboared storage ,took a little while to find our bathroom ,bit when i did it was a wow,loverly and warm ,clean and loverly big towels.i would of loved a booklet to read rather than keep going back into my emails on arrival to find instuctions .a very nice place for peace and quiet and good hosts when needed and the hot tub on xmas day i loved .yes i would return again as would love to see the place in full bloom in the summer months .

Lovely get away to the sheppards hut. Very peaceful location nothing around you. Was clean inside but I always take a cloth and give things a wipe over again since covid times. Small space has been used wisely it was very cosy.

I took my son 13 and baby 15 months had such a lovely stay, the gut is small but had all you could possibly need. If I didn’t have to use the travel cot It would have given us way more room. Deck area is really big. I would definitely go back

100% relaxation

Little gem of a find in the Kent countryside. We stayed for two nights, you cant beat the view of the sun going down from the hot tub. Lovely lake to swim in, superb walks and local pub. Would rate highly if you want peace and quite and stunning views.

Amazing location

The hut is simply magical and can be enjoyed thoroughly even by a family of four with two children (9, 11). It is fully equipped, it has all sorts of clever features to create new spaces and storage but it is also cosy and welcoming. The table tennis room was an extra special feature we did not expect and that made a difference on stormy days. The hosts were very responsive to all our queries being very friendly and helpful. The area is secluded, the hot tub can be enjoyed in full privacy and most destinations can be reached within a 30-min drive. We will definitely be back to brave the open swimming in the lake… in July!

Surprise birthday trip for wife

I think this is an excellent place to stay, the location is perfect, very quiet, outstanding views and it has everything you need, it’s very cosy, the lake is directly in front of it and the hot tub is also great, the hosts were very helpful and made us feel very at home, I highly recommend it and we also looked at their other accommodation in the hedgehog hall which we want to try next time

Beautiful refuge in the country

The shepherds hut was amazing. So warm and cosy! Would definitely recommend burning flip flops and a torch. Fantastic stay though Would love to come back!
