Guests will have access to the entire cabin and yard.
There is direct access to Big Creek from the backyard.
There is an EV Charger available to use free of charge for guests. It is located on the side of the cabin next to the front deck. Note: you will need an adapter for Tesla.
The driveway can accommodate three vehicles.
There is a neighborhood park & small lake nearby that you are welcome to utilize.
Check-in instructions, address, Wi-Fi password and Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent three days prior to guest's arrival.
Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before your departure.

🐶 We are dog friendly! Maximum 1 dog allowed. Dog must be under 50 lbs. Please include a pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Please see house rules for more details.
Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. There are flashlights plugged into the wall outlets in the kitchen, hallway near bathroom, and upstairs hallway. There is an emergency radio in the closet next to the bathroom. There are extra throw blankets in a basket in the living room to keep warm. Outages typically last a couple of hours. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control.
Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option.
We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town.
Some firewood may be provided - dependent upon current supply. We cannot guarantee we will have firewood on hand. Firewood can be purchased at several places in Ashford. PLEASE NOTE: it is the guest’s responsibility to check if fires are allowed during their stay. In the event of a burn ban, you will still be able to use the propane fire table at Moonshiner's hideout.

🔹Dog must be secured in a crate/kennel if left alone at any point.
🔹Guest must pick up & dispose of dog waste in securely tied bags.
🔹Dogs must be on leash when outside.
🔹Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
🔹There is a pet fee. Please include your pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged.
