“The first time I’ve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. It’s had a makeover and I’ll now be switching back. Very nice stay and very friendly staff too… excellent stay ”

“We stayied two nights at this hotel The room on the first nigth was 25 C The 2rd night it was 28.5 C So you could not sleep They have a good night garantie Asked at front desk They said to contact the guest relations Contacted them just to find out that first i did not book with them dirrect And that the room temp do not fall under the good night because this hotel does not have airco So what is the point of having a good night garantie ”
