“We finished our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and made our stay feel so special. We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. I would also highly recommend the chef’s table; it was a memorable dining experience.”

“今回で4度目のおごと温泉でした。 こちらの旅館の、ホスピタリティの高い対応には感動しました。 担当して頂いた仲居さんは、夜ご飯、朝ごはんの時の説明が丁寧で、時に笑いもありで楽しく、美味しくいただけました。 温泉の湯も、晩朝と2回入れてとてもツルツルになってリラックスできました。 朝ご飯の後は、フリードリンクのコーヒーや紅茶の種類も沢山ありまったり過ごせました。 送迎のバスの運転手の方の、駅で最後までお見送りも丁寧で嬉しかったです。 人気の犬のまめたろうくんも可愛かったです。 すべてのスタッフの方の笑顔での対応に、また来たいなと思う場所でした。 ”

“The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead.”
