“To begin with, they advertised more bedrooms than they had, and after we complained they rebuked us (but had to correct it on Verbo). It took 9 requests for them to share directions (we appealed to Vrbo) and instructions came in 10 minutes before we boarded the plane--we would have landed in the dark without access to entrance and other details at 1am.
