“We reserved room for 3 nights.First day only had 1 towel in room.Asked for more towels, they gave us a hard time.Then next morning, found roaches crawling on our food.Was gross! We canceled next 2 nights and per hotel policy would only refund one night.Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Clean room, unprofessional staff, waiting 2 hrs on extra pillows and blankets, had to make 2 trips back and forth down stairs to get help, room phone didn’t work. Breakfast is 13.95 a person and is absolutely terrible. I’ve had way better breakfast for free at other places. I understand if you have to charge for breakfast to not lose money but at least make the breakfast good and flavorful. ”

“Celebrating our 51st anniversary at the Pinhoti Ridge Retreat Cabin 1 was the absolute perfect choice. The cabin was easily accessible and ideal for short hikes. Within short driving distances, we were able to hike to waterfalls and visit the Majestic Cavern. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had all the latest in appliances. We especially loved the deck for sitting, bird watching, star gazing and watching the fireflies at night. We would definitely return to Pinhoti Ridge and recommend...

“The host Shawndra was very personable and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone. The home is clean and well stocked even though we just stayed overnight and didn’t use anything. It is an older home and could definitely use some modern updates especially in the master bathroom with the tub and the sink. It needs to be totally updated. Bathtub and sink need to be replaced and new blinds throughout the home. You can definitely tell the age of the home. ”

“It was pretty basic. The lighting is terrible in the bathroom and the rooms have an odor of something in them. Walls are paper thin and staff is scarce. Really just a 3 out of 5 and barely that. ”
